Cleartrade Exchange is a Singapore-based regulated futures market providing an electronic marketplace for commodity futures and OTC cleared derivatives.[1] It is a Recognized Market Operator (RMO) regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

On December 27, 2013, The European Energy Exchange (EEX), part of the Deutsche Borse Group, became the majority shareholder in CLTX.

History

On March 3, 2014, Cleartrade Exchange and China Beijing Equity Exchange (CBEX) announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding allowing them to share information and develop joint projects to benefit members of both exchanges.[2]

CLTX platform is an end-to-end execution platform which offers an electronic order book, block trade facility, trade processing and reporting facilities.
