David Casterton is the head of ICAP's global voice broking division. He was promoted to the position on August 16, 2012 in a company effort to consolidate its voice brokerage business. Casterton is responsible for all voice broking, technology and support functions.
Casterton joined the ICAP in 1995, cycling through senior broking roles before being appointed CEO of ICAP London and EMEA. Before joining ICAP, Casterton worked for MW Marshalls and Guy Butler International. 
Casterton graduated from the University of Southampton in 1979.
