Diane Fabienne Marie Côté is a risk management professional who serves as the chief risk officer of the London Stock Exchange Group. She was appointed to that role and joined the executive team on June 1, 2013.
Côté is a strong supporter of gender diversity in the workplace and she was one of the founders of the London Stock Exchange Group's Women Inspired Network, for which LSEG won a 2016 Women of the Future award.
Before assuming the role of chief risk officer of the London Stock Exchange Group in 2012, Côté was head of risk and audit at the exchange group.
She was a non-executive director and ARC chairman for Novae Syndicates Limited from 2015 to 2018.
Côté has also served as the chief finance operations officer for Aviva plc and the chief audit officer for Aviva.
She spent 10 years with Standard Life, ending as group audit director.
She holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Ottawa.
