Gregory W. DePetris is the co-founder and chief strategic officer of Quadriserv, Inc.[1] He was one of the youngest certificated members ever admitted to the National Futures Association (NFA).

He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, and has served as the chief liaison between the company and federal regulators, financial exchanges, institutional clients and the academic community, in addition to having played a role in the company’s successful equity and debt financings from institutions such as Merrill Lynch, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Renaissance Technologies.

He is an advisor to a number of early stage companies and investment firms, currently serves on the boards of ExchangeLab, Inc. and PDQ Enterprises, LLC, and is a frequent speaker on capital markets issues.

Background

DePetris began his career as a commodities floor broker and proprietary trader. He co-founded Intrade and PDQ ATS[2] as well as Binary Event Network, Inc.[3]

He is also the co-founder of ExchangeLab, where he worked in the year 2002.

Education

DePetris received a degree in English from Fordham University, which he attended from 1992 to 1996.
