Hester Serafini is president & chief operating officer of ICE Clear U.S. She took on the additional role of president on January 1, 2017 when Tom Hammond retired from the position. She joined ICE as COO in March 2016, with responsibility for managing the clearing house operations and interpreting and implementing regulatory changes.
Serafini joined ICE from J.P. Morgan, where she led the OTC clearing and intermediation business for credit, FX and rates derivatives in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Before that, she was global head of credit prime brokerage and clearing for Deutsche Bank.
