Ian Cumberpatch is business development director, EMEA of Asset Control. He was appointed to the role in June of 2013. Cumberpatch helps drive Asset Control's growth and business strategy while focusing on the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa).
Cumberpatch has had a 20 year career in the financial technology business. His career started in 1982, when he held various roles including regional sales manager - EMEA and global accounts manager. He was also director of international business development at PNC Global Investment Servicing.
In 2009, Cumberpatch was director of sales for Asset Control's Asia-Pacific division. He left in 2012 to become head of sales financial institutions for ICAP's MyTreasury division before returning to Asset Control in May 2013.
Cumberpatch attended the University of Wolverhampton and received a bachelor of arts degree.
