Henry Schwartz founded Trade Alert LLC to address a growing need for specialized tools in the rapidly evolving derivatives space. His firm’s OptionAlert system is used by leading sell-side desks to monitor and analyze fragmented high-speed order flow in real time, facilitating informed trading decisions and intelligent communications with clients.
Previously, Schwartz worked at Banc of America Securities where he was responsible for electronic market making on the start-up ISE. He also worked at Salomon Brothers where he helped secure first place among customer index desks while working closely with developers to create one of the first real-time integrated pricing and risk management systems on Wall Street.
