The Joint Audit Committee is a representative committee of US futures exchanges and regulatory organizations including the ACC, BTEC, CBOT, CME, COMEX, CSC, KCBOT, MESL, MGE, NQLX, NYCE, NYFE, NYMEX, One Chicago, PBOT, and the NFA. [1]

The committee's primary responsibility is to oversee the implementation and functioning of the Joint Audit Agreement and to determine the practices and procedures to be followed by each DRSO in conducting audits and financial reviews of FCMs. [2]
