Robert Turner serves as executive vice president and chief operating officer at Rosenthal Collins Group and oversees all floor trading and clearing operations in New York and Chicago. He also leads RCG's services in telecommunications, exchange clearing relationships and physical facilities. 
Appointed to the position in March 2017, Turner had been in the industry for 46 years at the time. He succeeded George Recchia, who retired from the firm after 35 years at RCG.
He has experience in a variety of executive roles in the futures industry with firms such as: Nikko Securities, Calyon Financial, Jefferies Bache and Macquarie Futures USA. He also spent 17 years at Rosenthal & Co., the firm that would later become Rosenthal Collins Group, where he served as the firm's back office manager.
He earned his bachelor of science degree in finance and financial management services from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1975.
